5. Delivery Policy
5.1 Service Areas: Deliveries are made to addresses within Walthamstow and nearby postcodes. If an order is placed for a location outside of our service area, we will notify you and provide a prompt refund.

8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Perishable Goods: Owing to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not generally accepted once the flowers have been delivered and accepted by the recipient.
8.2 Damaged or Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event that your flowers arrive damaged or not to the standard expected, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence and, where appropriate, will arrange for a replacement or refund.
8.3 Non-Deliveries: Should we fail to deliver your order due to our fault, a full refund or re-delivery at no additional charge will be offered. However, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or information supplied by the customer.
